Sports Performance Series     Phase 1 β€” Foundation

Phase 1: Foundation is a 4-week athlete development program designed to help incoming high school freshmen through college athletes build the foundation necessary for long-term athletic performance.


This program is open to both girls and boys and focuses on improving strength, speed, mobility, conditioning, coordination, and injury prevention in a structured and intentional training environment.


Athletes will train in small groups with individualized coaching and attention to technique, helping each athlete safely improve performance while building confidence and consistency throughout the offseason.

Eligible Athletes

Incoming 9th grade students through current college athletes.

Monday β€’ Tuesday β€’ Thursday β€’ Friday

Available Training Times

  • 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM

Training Environment 

  • Small Group Training (10–12 athletes per coach)
  • Collegiate-Level Strength & Conditioning Coaching
  • Focus on Long-Term Athlete Development
  • Open to Athletes of All Sports

What To Bring

Athletes should bring:

  • Athletic clothing
  • Athletic shoes
  • Cleats
  • Water bottle
  • Small snack for after training (recommended)

Arrival & Check-In

Athletes should arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and preparation before training sessions begin.

 Important Notes

  • Training groups are intentionally kept small to provide individualized coaching and attention.
  • Athletes of all experience levels are welcome.
  • Spots are limited and registration is first come, first served.
